The Laboratorio de Ciberconectividad Industrial is a laboratory where different solutions of connectivity and cybersecurity are implemented and evaluated focusing on industrial communications. This laboratory has 4 work stations equipped with different SIEMENS equipment, implementing an industrial cell architecture with two PLCs, one touch screen, remote I/O, wireless communication modules, one industrial switch and one security module to be able to configure different firewall rules and VPN connections in order to protect an industrial environment. In addition, all the necessary network infrastructure equipment (routers and switches) are part of this laboratory in order to simulate the integration between ICS networks with IT networks.
