The Port of Barcelona suffers a cyber attack


The Port of Barcelona has reported a cyber attack known in the early morning of September 20, which has affected several internal servers of the organization.

According to the information published by the Port of Barcelona, its information systems department evaluated the scope of the same and restored the affected functionalities, in addition to implementing the expected contingency plan for these situations.

It has also reported that the attack has not had an impact on the maritime activity of the enclave, nor on the ground operation, so that both the planned vessel scales and the receipt and delivery of goods have operated normally.
