LastPass security breach

The company's CEO has issued a statement on the LastPass blog that it has suffered a security incident in its password manager. The breach has allowed cybercriminals to access parts of the development environment via one of the developer accounts, taking parts of the source code and some proprietary technical information.

LastPass states that, following an investigation, its products and services are operating normally, and that it sees no evidence that the incident involved any access to customer data or encrypted password managers.
