German hospitals affected by ransomware
Several German hospitals have been infected with ransomware, which has caused disturbances in the normal operations. In the case of Lukas Hospital on February 10, the operation of the hospital was paralyzed, forcing even postpone some high-risk surgery, while in Arnsberg Klinikum Hospital was paralyzed only one server. The infection was performed by a message sent to hospitals email containing malware.
